Change Bandwidth Settings in Windows
*Click the 'Start' on Windows.

*Once open click 'QoS Packet scheduler'.
*Change the setting to 'Limit reservable bandwidth' to Enable.
*Change Bandwidth limit, from 20 to 0, and click Apply> OK.

Setting DNS to OpenDNS
Open the 'Control Panel' select 'Network Connection'.
Right-click the 'Local Area Connection' select Properties or 'Wireless Network Connection' if you are using a hjhconnection.
Select 'Internet Protocol (TCP / IP) "and then click Properties.
Click on 'Use Following DNS Server'.
Fill with numbers Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.222.
Fill Alternate DNS Server numbers: 208.67.220.220.
Then, click 'OK'.
